I had shower one day and as I was finishing up
and my wife got in, then the doorbell rings. I quickly wrapped myself in
a towel and went to the door. I ran downstairs. When I opened the door,
there stands Angela, the next-door neighbour.
Before I say a word, Angela says, "I'll give you £500 to drop that
towel,"
After thinking for a moment, I drop the towel and stand naked in front of
Angela. After a few seconds, Angela hands me £500 and leaves.
I wrap back up in the towel and go back upstairs. When I get to the
bathroom, my wife asks, "Who was that?"
"It was Angela the next door neighbour," I reply.
"Great," my wife says, "did she say anything about the £500 she owes me?"
Moral of the story:

shareholders in time, you may be in a position to prevent avoidable
